More than 8 million hectares have been burnt in the devastating bushfires, affecting hundreds of rural communities. We are yet to see the full extent of the damage.
The road to recovery for these communities is long, with varied and complex challenges unique to each town. These communities will need your support long after the smoke clears, and the emergency relief money is expended.
That’s where FRRR comes in. FRRR makes grants to local not-for-profit groups for community-led projects that address the most pressing needs that emerge 12-18 months after a disaster event.
